Dr. Ball attended Medical College of Georgia. His surgery internship was done through the Memorial Medical Center. He went to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for his Residency. His certifications are the Diplomate American Board of Anesthesiology and Diplomate American Board of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Sandra Kaplan
Dr. Kaplan attended the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her surgical internship through The Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Wake Forest University Medical Center for her surgical and anesthesia residency training. She completed a Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Gary Cundiff
Dr. Cundiff is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who received his doctorate from the Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology in 1989. As part of his training he completed a one year Residency in Clinical Psychology in 1987 and a two year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pain Management in 1990 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Debbie Fine, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in metro Detroit, Debbie has lived in the
Chattanooga area for all of her adult life. She graduated from Southern Adventist University in 1989 with her RN, and after 22 years of bedside nursing, she returned to Southern Adventist University to obtain her Masters in Nursing. Prior to joining CPM, she worked as a hospitalist. Debbie is a wife and mom, but her greatest accomplishment is an 88 lb. weight loss in recent years, and becoming a triathlete. Her passion is encouraging others to start an exercise program and try a triathlon.
Lisa Gilliland is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga where she obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both Nursing and Psychology. She later attended Middle Tennessee State University where she received a Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree. She has worked in the healthcare field for approximately 30 years in multiple settings to include psychiatric, critical care, home health, dialysis, forensic nursing and family medicine. Lisa joined Consultants in Pain Management in 2015 as a Nurse Practitioner.
Jessica Harp APRN, FNP Graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Carson-Newman College in 2009. She has prior work experience as an NP from Skilled Nursing Facility that cared for rehab, hospice, palliative care, and psych patients. Other nursing experience from level one trauma center, ER, med-surg float pool, cardiology, neurology, as well as travel nursing experience.
Rachel Kimble, ACNP-BC, graduated from Vanderbilt University with Master of Science in Nursing in 2008. She is board certified as an acute care nurse practitioner. She has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient settings for the past 10 years. Rachel has diverse experience in critical care, internal, and correctional medicine.
Dana Simpson FNP-BC. Dana graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with her Masters of Science, Nursing Informatics degree in 2002. She later received her Post-Masters Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Overall, she has more than 20 years of varied healthcare experience. She has been practicing in the pain management specialty for the last seven years.
